Vickie’s professional experience spans 20+ years the IT consulting field, 5+ years as a corporate consultant with Ernst & Young and now as president of EndGoal Group, Inc. In 1999, Vickie was a Director at Capital One Financial Services, responsible for the startup and management of the Internet Banking group, where she was the leading force in one of the first Agile implementations within the organization. In 2005 Vickie left Capital One and started Rockbridge Solutions, a management consulting firm, providing Agile and IT Consulting & Development Services to a wide array of clients in the Banking, Finance and Government sector.

In 2012, Vickie narrowed the focus of her consulting practice to an “Agile Only” offering and started the EndGoal Group, Inc. EndGoal has quickly developed a following in the banking, finance, investments and federal government spaces a leader in Enterprise Agile Transformation, Coaching & Training.
